Ralph Liu
In his earlier years, Ralph has led a prominent banking career in many international financial market centers traveling around the globe. He has been involved in many creative financial products and new market innovations that have benefited many citizens in different parts of the world.
After many years of California dreaming during those hectic and stressful years, Ralph finally had a chance to break out of the jet set mode around the turn of millennium. Upon returning to the US in early 2001, Ralph settled down in beautiful sunny Southern California and he has since fallen in love with the casual high quality laid back life style that people have long been enjoying here. As it stands, it appears that nothing on earth would ever be able to make him think of leaving this place, perhaps not even a 9 earthquake.
Ralph spent most of his recent years getting involved in real estate related investments and financial innovations. Helping people with innovative financial services have always been his cup of tea and real estate investment seems to have become his new passion. Where the two meet seems to be his new found love.
These days instead of flying between Asia, Middle East and CEE countries, you could often find Ralph driving around in many of his favorite neighborhoods in Southern California. From the coastal neighborhoods of Newport Beach, Irvine, to inland horse country of Norco/Corona, wineries and vineyards of Temecula and Santa Barbara County, to scenic mountain resorts of Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. He has therefore developed a familiarity with and built a solid client base in many of these pleasant and desirable neighborhoods.
Ralph was born in Taiwan to transplanted mainland Chinese parents. He holds both US and EU citizenships as well as an Australian, Singapore, Hong Kong and China Permanent Residence. He speaks fluent Chinese and understands basic Russian, the main language spoken in his household. He lives in Rancho de Liu in Southern California with his wife, children & their Arabian horses.
Katerina Liu
Katerina was born in Moscow and with a deep Russian cultural heritage. She travelled in many European countries and lived in France, Austria and Italy since a young age as a budding fashion model in the high haute couture industry.
She subsequently advanced in her career and became a well-known fashion model back in Moscow while she finished her university degree with distinction from Moscow Humanity University. She has a bachelor degree in international business with a specialty in marketing.
Currently she is the Director for International Marketing at Rancho de Liu and services many important clients of Russian heritage.
